Ingredients
45g porridge oats
Oat milk
100g fresh blueberries
150g skyr/greek yoghurt
30g granola
30g peanut butter
5g creatine
Method
Microwave the porridge oats with half oat milk and half water (eyeball it!) for 3 minutes
Stir and add more water if needed and then continue to microwave for another 1-2 minutes
Mix in the creatine
Add the rest of the toppings
~650 cals/35g protein

Goats Cheese Pasta
Ingredients
Pasta sauce
500g fresh pappardells
125g goats cheese
1 sliced bell pepper
1 chopped onion
garlic paste
500g spicy tomato sauce jar
small tin of tomatoes
Toppings
125g chopped goats cheese
20g olive oil
20g honey
Sliced olives
Bag of rocket leaves
Method
Cook the onion, bell pepper, and garlic
Add the jar of tomato sauce
Start cooking the fresh pasta with salt and olive oil
Add the goats cheese to the pasta sauce
Mix all ingredients from the topppings except the rocket
Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the pasta sauce
Top with rocket
Add the rest of the toppings as a dressing
