How to make the best porridge in the world
I eat this porridge every single day for lunch.
Ingredients
- 60g porridge oats (Flahavans is the best)
- Oat milk (oatly is the best)
- 100g fresh blueberries
- 150g skyr/greek yoghurt/kvarg
- 25g granola (I use surreal protein cereal)
- 30g peanut butter (pip and nut is the best)
- 5g creatine
Method
- Microwave the porridge oats with half oat milk and half water (eyeball it!) for 3 minutes
- Stir and add more water if needed and then continue to microwave for another 1-2 minutes
- Mix in the creatine
- Add the rest of the toppings
