How to make the best porridge in the world

I eat this porridge every single day for lunch.


Ingredients

  • 60g porridge oats (Flahavans is the best)
  • Oat milk (oatly is the best)
  • 100g fresh blueberries
  • 150g skyr/greek yoghurt/kvarg
  • 25g granola (I use surreal protein cereal)
  • 30g peanut butter (pip and nut is the best)
  • 5g creatine

Method

  1. Microwave the porridge oats with half oat milk and half water (eyeball it!) for 3 minutes
  2. Stir and add more water if needed and then continue to microwave for another 1-2 minutes
  3. Mix in the creatine
  4. Add the rest of the toppings

~650 cals / 35g protein
